The spacious common areas promote a friendly atmosphere.
My experience at Arcadia House was nothing short of frustrating. The noise levels from other guests were unbearable, particularly when I was woken up by loud conversations at 1:30 AM. the air conditioning remote was missing from my room, which made adjusting the temperature an unnecessary hassle.

The room was comfortable with lovely sheets that ensured a great night's sleep. there was a lack of privacy due to thin walls, which allowed noise from other guests to be easily heard. a window in my room would have greatly improved the atmosphere, as it felt quite dark during my stay.

Queenslander architecture, lush gardens, spacious room with ensuite
Thin walls. The communal fridge setup is impractical for a hotel charging around $250 per night. Parking restrictions were confusing and not clearly explained!!! Room decor could benefit from some updates.
